Daniella Taveau is the Founder of Bold Text Strategies and, as of September 2025, Chair of the Board for OASIS-Open. She is an internationally recognized expert in government affairs, global trade, regulation, and complex business strategy, with deep experience across international public policy, standards development, technology governance, and market access.Daniella previously served as a U.S. Trade Negotiator at the World Trade Organization, in U.S. free trade agreement negotiations, and in multilateral forums including the UN Food and Agriculture Organization and APEC. She currently holds seven Director roles in agriculture and technology and serves as Chair of both The Embassy Series and OASIS-Open. She has also been a Senior Fellow at The Atlantic Council and The Stimson Center, two leading national security think tanks.After a decade as a senior executive at a global consumer products company, Daniella now advises companies on regulatory strategy, coalition building, and scaling in markets where pre-market approval is the predicate to all sales. Her work frequently sits at the intersection of agriculture, chemicals, technology, trade, and national security, and she has advised hundreds of startups on scaling and investment.Known for bridging government, industry, and technical communities, Daniella excels at aligning stakeholders with divergent incentives and translating regulatory complexity into executable business strategy.She holds degrees in business and music performance and an MBA from the University of Maryland Smith School of Business, where she serves as an Executive in Residence and a Member of the Dean's Advisory Council.
